Trump Coir takes great pride in integrating social and environmental concerns in our business operations and interaction with our stakeholders.
However we felt the need to adapt a “Charity begins at home “ concept where we initiated an endeavor to set up a Welfare Fund where contributions are jointly made by the Firm and employees. We also provide a “Welfare Fund Pack” comprising dry rations and groceries to all factory staff at every month end.
We commenced this program during the pandemic and do continue to enable mitigation from the current challenging economic environment.
